IRGC Warns UAE Over Alleged Role in Attacks on Iranian Territory

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has delivered a severe warning to the United Arab Emirates, accusing the Gulf nation of involvement in recent attacks on Iranian soil. Tehran emphasized that its retaliatory measures against Emirati interests were justified responses aimed at safeguarding national security.

In a statement disseminated through state-linked channels, Iranian military officials claimed to have evidence suggesting that the UAE provided logistical or intelligence assistance for incursions into Iranian airspace. Despite the UAE’s longstanding stance advocating regional de-escalation, the IRGC declared that any facilities used to support hostile actions against Iran would be considered legitimate military targets.

This escalation represents a notable diplomatic rift in the Persian Gulf, undermining the fragile stability that had been fostered through recent trade and diplomatic engagements between the two neighbors. The IRGC’s statement concluded with a stark ultimatum, warning that any further aggression or support for attacks from the Emirates would provoke a significantly intensified phase of conflict.

Specifically, Iran signaled readiness to target the UAE’s most vital assets, which analysts interpret as including key energy infrastructure, desalination plants, and major international transport hubs. As tensions escalate, the international community is closely observing developments, concerned that any misstep could ignite a broader regional conflict.
