Cardi B has initiated legal action against influencer Tasha K, accusing her of breaching a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). The rapper has requested the court to impose sanctions on Tasha K, who has been publicly discussing Cardi’s former partners, Offset and Stefon Diggs.
In a significant development, court documents reveal that Cardi alleges Tasha K has engaged in a persistent campaign aimed at targeting and harassing her and her family. This harassment reportedly involves subtle commentary and calculated provocations, all while being aware that Tasha’s audience of over one million social media followers would immediately recognize Cardi as the subject.
Despite Cardi’s legal team flagging posts that violate the NDA, which Tasha deletes shortly after being called out, she continues to publish new content. Cardi describes this ongoing pattern as a frustrating “cat and mouse” game. The filing states that Tasha has committed at least 25 violations of the NDA, including numerous posts about Offset. Notably, one recent post referenced a shooting incident involving Offset in Florida.
Furthermore, Cardi claims Tasha breached the confidentiality agreement by discussing her “then-romantic partner” Stefon Diggs during podcast appearances. In response, Cardi B has urged the judge to enforce sanctions against any future violations by Tasha and to prohibit her from making statements about Cardi’s family on any platform.
