Creator Steven Knight expressed his excitement about launching this new phase of the show, hinting that further casting announcements will be revealed soon.
This project follows Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man, which recently premiered in Birmingham and continues the Shelby family’s story. The new series is produced by Banijay UK’s Kudos and Garrison Drama for both the and Netflix. Filming is underway in and around Birmingham, reflecting a broader investment in television production within the West Midlands.
The upcoming installment will consist of two series, each comprising six hour-long episodes. It is scheduled to debut on iPlayer and One in the UK, with a global release on Netflix.
