In a highly anticipated Pakistan Super League (PSL) encounter, Karachi Kings have decided to bowl first against RawalPindiz in their 10th fixture of the season. This match marks the inaugural meeting between Karachi Kings and RawalPindiz, who are making their PSL debut this year. The Kings are determined to restrict their opponents to a competitive total and maintain their unbeaten run in the tournament.

RawalPindiz’s roster is led by skipper Mohammad Rizwan and features players such as Sam Billings, Mohammad Amir, Yasir Khan, Jalat Khan, Naseem Shah, Rishad Hossain, Daryl Mitchell, Dian Forrester, Amad Butt, Abdullah Fazal, Asif Afridi, Kamran Ghulam, Razaullah, Mohammad Amir Khan, Shahzaib Khan, Cole McConchie, Usman Khawaja, and Saad Masood.

Meanwhile, the 2026 PSL season has started with intense competition. MS and Karachi Kings currently lead the points table, each having won their first two matches. MS holds the top spot due to a superior net run rate of +0.868 compared to Karachi Kings’ +0.524, positioning them as early frontrunners in the tournament.

Following closely are PES and ISL, both with three points. ISL has played three matches, securing one win, one loss, and one draw, reflecting a somewhat inconsistent performance. Mid-table teams LAH and QG have two points each; LAH enjoys a strong net run rate of +1.567 despite an even win-loss record, while QG has faced challenges with one win and two losses.

At the lower end of the standings, RawalPindiz and HYK are struggling to find form. RawalPindiz has played only one match so far, suffering a loss and carrying a negative net run rate of -0.674. HYK has endured a difficult start with three straight defeats and a net run rate of -2.077.

As the tournament progresses, fans eagerly await to see if the leading teams can sustain their momentum or if mid-table contenders will disrupt the current hierarchy.
