Veteran Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit has recently expanded her investment portfolio by leasing a commercial property in Mumbai’s prestigious Lower Parel district. This move, finalized in March 2026, underscores her growing interest in strategic real estate assets alongside her enduring film career.

The lease pertains to a unit at One Lodha Place, a prime commercial complex in Mumbai, covering an area of approximately 67.91 square meters (731 square feet). The property includes a dedicated car parking spot, highlighting the premium nature of the setup within one of the city’s most coveted business hubs.

The agreement spans five years, with Madhuri Dixit paying an initial monthly rent of INR 4.25 lakh for the first year. The rent is structured to increase by 5 percent annually, reaching INR 5.16 lakh per month by the final year. Over the entire lease period, the total rental expenditure is projected to be around INR 2.81 crore. Additionally, the contract requires a security deposit of INR 17 lakh, along with stamp duty and registration fees, reflecting the formal and standard commercial leasing procedures in Mumbai’s high-value property market.

On the professional front, Madhuri Dixit is slated to appear in the upcoming Netflix project Maa Behen, co-starring Triptii Dimri and Dharna Durga. Her ongoing participation in diverse film ventures demonstrates her adaptability and sustained relevance in the entertainment industry.

Married to Dr. Shriram Nene and a mother of two, Madhuri continues to balance her personal and professional life effectively. This latest commercial lease not only reinforces her status as a Bollywood icon but also highlights her acumen as a discerning investor in Mumbai’s dynamic real estate sector.
