Pakistan Mandates Medical Form on Pak Hajj App for 2026 Pilgrims

Pakistan has introduced a mandatory medical form on the Pak Hajj App for pilgrims participating in Hajj 2026. The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has instructed all pilgrims to complete this medical questionnaire by Friday to ensure proper healthcare arrangements during the pilgrimage.

The form requires pilgrims to respond with simple “yes” or “no” answers to questions concerning various medical conditions. These include inquiries about blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, asthma, arthritis, and thyroid disorders. This initiative aims to facilitate integrated healthcare services for pilgrims throughout their journey.

In addition to the medical form, the Pak Hajj App now features a link for printing the Hajj visa, making the process more accessible. The app has also been updated with the official flight schedule for Hajj 2026, providing pilgrims with essential travel information.

Officials highlighted that the app will continue to receive phased updates, and pilgrims are encouraged to regularly check it for new information and announcements related to the pilgrimage.

Separately, the Ministry of Religious Affairs announced the flight schedule for the 2026 Hajj operation, confirming that the first flights will depart on April 18, 2026. A total of 468 flights will be operated under the government Hajj scheme to transport pilgrims to Saudi Arabia.

The initial departures on April 18 will take off from Karachi, Lahore, Sialkot, and Multan. Approximately 119,000 pilgrims, including 67,230 men and 51,846 women, will be transported to the holy cities of Madinah and Makkah as part of this government initiative. On the first day alone, four flights will carry pilgrims to Madinah, marking the commencement of the Hajj operation.
