The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has unveiled the official refund policy for tickets purchased for the Pakistan Super League season 11, ensuring fans will receive automatic reimbursements after recent modifications to the tournament’s schedule and venues.
In a statement released on Tuesday, the PCB detailed a simplified refund procedure for supporters who had bought tickets for PSL 11 matches. The process requires no manual claims, as all refunds will be processed automatically.
Tickets purchased online will be reimbursed directly to the original payment methods, including debit and credit cards, as well as popular digital payment platforms such as JazzCash and Easypaisa, widely used by cricket enthusiasts across Pakistan.
“Ticket holders do not need to take any action to receive their refunds,” the PCB emphasized, highlighting the hassle-free nature of the process for fans affected by the revised tournament arrangements.
The refund process is scheduled to commence on 30 March 2026, with the PCB anticipating that payments will be completed within 15 working days. However, the timeline may vary slightly depending on the policies of individual banks or payment service providers.
Fans experiencing delays beyond the expected period are advised to reach out to their respective banks or digital payment platforms for assistance.
This announcement follows significant changes to the PSL 11 calendar and venues, which impacted several ticketed matches and fan attendance. The PCB expressed gratitude for the patience shown by supporters and reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing the fan experience in future tournaments.
“We look forward to welcoming fans back to stadiums for an even more thrilling cricketing experience,” the statement added.
For further inquiries regarding PSL 11 ticket refunds, fans can contact the official ticketing support via email.
With the refund policy now clarified, focus shifts back to the on-field action as the tournament proceeds under the updated conditions.
