The ministry emphasized the stark structural differences between the hospital—a multi-storied building—and the targeted military facility, further discrediting the Taliban’s narrative.
Adding to the skepticism, Pakistan’s fact-check unit noted that the initial post by the Afghan Taliban making these claims was subsequently deleted. This deletion raised questions about the authenticity and reliability of the content, suggesting that it may not have withstood scrutiny after multiple fact-checks were conducted.
