This can be done by visiting the nearest BISP tehsil office, where officials are available to assist with the process.
At the tehsil office, beneficiaries should approach the assistant director or another responsible official to request a complaint form specifically designed for issues related to deduction or misappropriation of funds. The complainant will need to provide essential details such as their full name, Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) number, mobile phone number, the location where the payment was received, and a clear description of the alleged deduction. This information is critical for initiating a thorough investigation into the matter.
Once a complaint is registered, BISP authorities will conduct a detailed inquiry to verify the claim. If the complaint is found to be valid, the concerned bank will be instructed to take strict legal action against the agent responsible for any unauthorized deductions. Furthermore, the deducted amount will be reimbursed to the beneficiary after the completion of the investigation and legal proceedings. This mechanism aims to safeguard beneficiaries from exploitation and ensure they receive the full financial support they are entitled to.
